These include AMRA Skincare, which sources ingredients responsibly and sustainably, and French family-owned brand Sothys, which uses natural active ingredients inspired by the Sothys Gardens in Auriac, France.
If you seek to calm your mind, consider the 60-minute sound healing session, where Tibetan singing bowls help align your energy fields through soothing sounds and vibrations.
For a treatment that encompasses the face, body and mind, try The 400. Inspired by the refined tastes of Caroline Astor, known to be highly influential in late 19th century New York society, this 180-minute session involves a granita body scrub, a relaxing full-body massage and a restoring facial.
For that extra bit of indulgence, upgrade any massage with luxurious add-ons such as a toning, firming and hydrating 24-karat gold hand and arm ritual; moisturizing shea butter body application; or a rejuvenating 24-karat gold hair mask. The spiritual-minded can add a 15-minute energy and aura cleansing to any session at an additional cost.
Arrive a little early to make use of the sauna and steam room. The Dubai spa also offers a dedicated manicure station for those who want to get their nails done.

The Treatments

Using AMRA Iridium hot stones to relax sore muscles and relieve stiffness and nourishing body oil, the Hot Stone Serenity Massage is an excellent cure for jet lag.

For a rejuvenating treat for the skin, try the 90-minute Illuminate and Lift facial that involves a plumping massage, a firming bio-cellulose mask and a repairing rose stem cells and porcelain flower oil.
